Web based labor sourcing/management tool

Brief Description of Tool - A e-sourcing/procurement tool which is easy and intuitive to use and has a visually interactive GUI. The tool will be used by users to manager white/blue collar labor procurement activities. We have already designed a VBA based prototype of the model which can be made available on request and NDA. The tool will have a basic sequential process / flow which is well documented in our design sheet. The digital procurement involves a number of key steps features like data cleaning, standardisations, data entry by various users using the tool, access controls to compartmentalize which user is able to access which part of the tool, graphs and charts (dynamic), a smooth backend to change / modify front end features smoothly, data entry through spreadsheet like interface, data summarisation / consolidation from various user inputs etc. Expectations of the Developer - Good knowledge of DBMS, visual graphs, charts, dynamic data GUI presentations. Good control over building neat and clean interfaces. Ability to work on multiple iterations. Good communication skills. Not a huge time difference with Indian Standard Time.
