Configure a Linux system with Apache web server running on a Raspberry Pi board to provide a captive Wi-Fi network that works with all clients: iPhone/iPads/MACs, Android, Windows Laptops (Win 7 & 10). This is more than just following cookbooks found online because they are mostly buggy, incomplete or both. You must really understand how the various clients handle connecting with no Internet access.
