Adult Signups Needed

I am in need of adult signups to an adult webcam website. The signups are free. They do need a credit card to signup to verify age but no charge to their credit card. They will need to fill out their details plus a credit card to get credit. I need someone who has experience in getting adult traffic. I would eventually like to get 100 signups a week. I am willing to pay $5 per free sign up (remember they do need credit card to verify age). I will pay at the end of each week for each valid signup. To start I would like a test of 20 signups at $1 each. Please do not bid if you are not willing to start off with a test of 20 signups at $1 each. I will pay you the $20 at the end of the week that you start. If you are hired for ongoing signups then I will pay $5 for each valid signup.
