Css Developer/Designer

Hello Odeskers, Happy New Year ! I am looking for a css developer who also has a keen eye for great Website Design/Look based on the site concept. Skills Needed: 1)Html/Xhtml/Css 2)Preferred Html5 , Css3/Media queries for designing for mobile devices but not a compulsion. Provide examples of your work/portfolio for both desktop and mobile design(in case applicable). Individuals with regular job may provide examples from their design work done for their respective companies. On a tight budget at the moment, so competitive rates under $4/hour are preferred. I am quite flexible on work timings and most work will not be urgent and you can work on other projects during your regular work timings or a regular job and do this by the side. Willing to trade time flexibility/availability with Lower Cost. You get a another Income Stream for putting to use your spare time. Looking to find a Long Term Partner for Css/Design work. Better rates on offer after a few months. India based partners preferred but willing to hire from other countries as well if there are developers with exceptional Quality/cost.
