designing custom web page templates

We are searching for a talented graphic designer with an experience designing layouts/templates for websites. You will design 3 UNIQUE and CUSTOM TAILORED main pages for a client to choose from, potentially make corrections to the chosen template, and deliver source file to our HTML coder. We pay 240 USD (125 GBP) for this. You might be also asked to propose & design graphics for sub-pages that will be based on the choosen template (this will be priced individually). Our clients are mainly small companies in the construction and real-estate industry. This project is for a local real-estate agency. You must be not only a genuine artist, but at the same time be able to provide functional designs. You must understand the standards of web design, what is practical and what is not, and also understand needs of different kinds of customers (i.e. how a design of web for a manufacturer selling to wholesalers should be different from a travelling agency offering safari trips).
