Web Site Needs Design Improvement

I need someone who is efficient in web site design using .css and .html - I also prefer someone who has has knowledge with graphics (photoshop, etc...) in order to help improve the site's design. The site that needs to be improved is [login to view URL] - The site template is currently designed using .css div tags rather than .html tables. This helps cut down on page size and makes the .html codes look much cleaner. I need someone that is creative to re-design my homepage only. I need it to look more professional, efficient, and authorative. You are welcome to improve the navigational menus, headers, color schemes, background, and add any images that can help improve the look and feel of the site. The goal of this site is to convert visitors into sales, and I believe a more professional design and layout will help improve sales. However, I would like to keep the .css template I currently have intact. The template is designed with div tags rather than .html codes like traditional web sites. You are welcome to use .html and tables inside of the outer template, just the skeleton of the template needs to remain. I only need you to redesign the homepage.... I will use the redesigned homepage as the template and I'll manually change the rest of the pages on my site to reflect the new improvements. I would like to see examples of previous work and designs, and I would like to hear any ideas you may have to improve the look and feel of my site... I'm open to suggestions and someone with creativity will be an advantage since I'm not exactly sure how I want the site to look... I just know that it needs to be better than it is right now.
