Convert a Template to a Website

Hi! The aim is to set up a WP theme for my purposes. I want to create a free website with just 3 or 4 pages for people who sell used containers. Please use pictures attached for better understanding (sorry for my graphics :) I. On the index page there should be a table with the following rows: size, type, YOM (Year of Manufacture), Comment, Name, Phone, Date, Price (vide pic. Spec p1) On the pic. Spec p1 rows with numbers 3-8 supposed to be selective, or at least there should be some sort of feedback form to search throughout the table for information in these rows. Same picture, number 1 - a button to place/edit an add Number 2 - link to feedback form for call back (there must be fields only to enter one's email, and/or mobile) Number 9 - the table itself with total maximum 500 lines (limited) that must be on one page Number 10 - button to cancel selection (anywhere might be placed, depends on design) II. Picture Spec p2 reflects progression of the user when he places an add, firstly it goes for small Agreement, then to Feedback form itself There Number 11 must reflect container sizes to select (20" 40" 40"HC 45"HC) Number 12 - Type (Dry / Refrigerator) III. Upon placement of an add there must be sent email notification to the user IV. There total maximum of 500 lines in the table, and maximum of 20 days of an add validity, when an add reaches table's bottom, or the period expires, there should be notification to the user for renewal.
