Convertir una plantilla de una web

Hello, This project consists in applying smalls changes to a wordpress theme. 1. The image "actual navigation" shows my theme's menu navigation at the present. I want to change it like just like I show on the image "wag-projects_clickevent". Side to side of the logo. 2. I want to add an image that appears when hover on the menu navigation. You can see it in "wag-projects_clickevent". 3. I want to add a countdown in a full-width header image like image attached. 4. My theme gives me the option of full-width header image + sidebar (like image attached) but something wrongs happen and doesn't look well.
