Landing Page for Karate School

I am looking for a website design for a Landing Page. The theme is martial arts and I will provide the parent company website after I award the bid for you to emulate. I will be driving traffic to this landing page so SEO is not a priority. Conversion is the priority. This landing page will need to include a small email submit form built into the body, not a separate page. The purpose will be to convert visitors into potential clients by getting them to submit their name, phone, and email within the form, which will then be emailed to the dojo admin who will later contact them for a free lesson. I will provide more details about the website after I award the bid such as what offers the site can make, location information, etc. This should be a very easy job for the talented designers I've seen here as well should be completed in 24-48 hours.
