CMS website designed and built

Hi, We need a new website built Requirements are: Needs to be fully updatable by Non Tech staff. (More than happy to have something designed using a prebuilt CMS package - eg Joomla etc - as long as it fits our requirements and does not look like a template site). Needs to be fresh and professional looking. Site will consist of: Home Page About Us Services 3 Service/product Pages Each service page will have a Buy now page and buy now page will have another linked page to agreement (same agreement for each Buy Now page) Each Service page will have a requirements page Product comparision page 2 other pages related to services 2 other pages linked from all the 3 service/product pages Faqs page (needs to be easy to add FAQ's - proper FAQ module or something) Resources Page (which will consist of three different types of resources - so could possibly be three resources pages) Testimonial Page Support page which will have a login form to our current helpdesk Contact us page with google map of our location Ability to add pages/services would be great. If you require more information please contact me and I will provide website map and content (which must be viewed before we you take on the project - so you are fully aware of the requirements). Please do not waste your time nor mine if you are unable to achieve the required results. In replying please state . 1. How you plan to develop (eg custom or Joomla or what) 2. ETA on Completion 3. Provide evidence of work on similar nature (please only supply CMS website you have developed - I dont want to browse a 100 other sites that are irrelevent) 4.
