308567 sitemap brainstorming internet

Need someone to research/brainstorm and come up with a potential sitemap for an Internet related site, especially geared towards the Indian (as in India) public. The site is to be geared towards the end-users of the internet, not the programmers. (e.g. general internet users, parents, students, researchers, businesses and people wanting to set up e-commerce etc.) Deliverable should include a text/MS doc/pdf/excel file that shows 1. A list of possible user groups that could be using the site (examples mentioned above) 2. For each of the user groups, list what things they might be looking for on this site. Each such item would become a page (or a section on a page) in the site. Obviously if multiple user groups are looking for the same thing, then there needs to be only a single page for that item. 3. List all pages that could go in the site and their hierarchy - this would be the sitemap. 4. for each page, what sections would be on that page and description (where necessary) of what goes in that section (e.g. main page - sections could be top banner, top menu, links to recent internet related news, search form for internet providers, links to FAQs/articles etc). Note that if there is a search form on the main page, there probably should be another page in the sitemap that would show the search results. 5. resources for content (e.g. government sites) Please note again that the site is to be geared towards the Indian markets, so try to make it more relevant to that specific market. There are several more similar upcoming projects for different topics depending on how this one works.
