Design Homepage for website (static html wordpress page)

This project requires the design of a homepage for a eyeglass business... The website is built on wordpress and i only need the design of the body because the header, footer and sidebar are already completed... I have attached an image of the current site, so you can see the area that needs to be designed... on the homepage, i would like to have a place for special promotions, a place for scheduling and eye exam online, and a place to place info on the services that we offer... Also, i think it would look nice if any images used were rounded to match with the current website design.. Please use your creativity and if you feel that you have a better design for the homepage than i suggested, i am open to suggestions... If this is done properly, i will then allow you to design all of the other pages on the website... Thank You
