Create online store for an already recognised brand

I have an already established label/charity that needs a first class website/online store. It needs to be artsy and kind of an in your face and dark ish website. A creative mind needed for this challenging project. We don't have a massive budget. However, we realise that if we want the best we may have to pay or do whatever we have to do to create the best of the best in our industry. The task at hand is essentially contributing to the greater good so passion for a good cause is necessary. Thankyou
