Wordpress theme for Business Site

Hi, I am looking for a good, trendy and unique looking Wordpress theme for my business site. It should be easy to set up. the site will have Home, About, Services and Contact Us pages. But I should be able to add more pages if I need. I do not need Blog page, but later if required I should be able to add it myself. It should not be stolen theme. Either you have created it or bought it under condition to resell it. I do not want slide show on any page. You should be able to customize it as per my need, if required. Also, you have to install and setup on my site. My budget is $30. thanks.
