Adding navigation header menu to website + Logo design

I need a top navigation panel/menu adding to my website. It's important you understand exactly what I am after so please read the brief carefully: 1) navigation menu must be coded in an SEO friendly way. 2) to be considered for this job, you must start your pitch/correspondance "hello Josh" so I know you have read the full brief. 3) I also require a small change to an existing .gif logo, and a new replacement logo creating for my website. The file size for this must be less than 45kb to ensure it doesn't slow my site down. 4)I also require a small box table creating for use on a separate web page. This must also be created in an SEO friendly wayer using layers rather than a table. All applicant will be expected to show examples of previous work.
