Web developer / designer needed - URGENTLY Small startup business with a large web vision and small budget, requires an extremely detailed oriented website developer / designer. This site will be very dynamic and is perfect for a student looking to add a key site to his / her portfolio. In addition, experienced and established developers / designers will find it attractive as well, due to the vast amount of cross marketing of your services to our client base. We will promote and encourage all of our clients to have their sites created and maintained by you as well. A portion of our site will be dedicated to the developer / designer's business. This site will easily be a key website your portfolio, once it is completed. Our company will have 5 main divisions, and each division will consist of approximately 10 sub pages. We are envisioning at least a 50 page website that is completely connected together. The site will feature FLASH animation throughout, in key areas such as backgrounds, mouse over effects and sounds, while maintaining a professional image. Due to the nature of our company, the site will need to be developed using CMS to allow our marketing team to frequently make changes to the verbiage and pictures. Client log-ins and a password driven data base will also need to be incorporated into the development of the entire site, in the near future. Our only sales force initially will be our website. Having a website that is dynamic, professional and constantly improving will ensure our startup business rapidly grows. In turn, this will allow us the opportunity to expose your services to all of our clients. A Power Point Presentation will be provided, complete with detailed directions, on where to find key elements that we are interested in having as part of our site. We have spent considerable time sorting through hundreds of sites at [login to view URL] and have chosen a base model for each division that we would like you to use as a guide. The FLASH elements for each division are also fully documented for viewing exactly what we are looking for. The major design and elements are already chosen, and we now need someone to take our designs and execute and provide us with weekly results. We are looking for someone that is flexible, inexpensive, while also experienced and willing to contribute and be part of our vision. A desire to build a long term relationship with an aggressive and detailed orientated organization is a must!
