Configure my online store as per the template and document admin guide

I have successfully installed the template on my hosted linux server. I need a magento expert who will do the following. 1) Verify server configuration a) apply security patches if required b) configure memory for optimal usage c) performance tune the entire server if required d) cache configurations for optimal performance I just don't want a yes or no answer, I need someone to document the current configuration to what is recommended and if you have changed it. 2) On the template, locate the different features of the template and help us configure the template with the required menu elements, images. Document the entire thing so next time one of my team member can directly update those images or add menu elements. 3) Create user roles, ensure the workflow is established for order processing, test orders etc 4) Provide advice on payment gateway configuration and what information I would need from the payment gateway to take things further In a nutshell, the server is up, template is installed, I need a REAL front end expert who can configure the magento server for me and make sure I can start business very soon. Who shouldn't bid for this project: 1) Please don't bid if this is your first project. 2) If you are not a real expert on Magento but you are bidding and then using another freelancer 3) Do not bid if you do not know what you need to do. I am unable to take too many calls and I want someone who can do stuff independently.
