Convert .jpg files to HTML / CSS

We have a number of files that we need to convert from .jpg/.png into HTML / CSS. Attached is an example of file that needs conversion. In this case it would be entirely HTML/CSS. A couple of requirements: 1) Tables will need to be designed with responsive layout in mind. For example the attached table may need to be split in several parts to make sure there is proper display on mobile devices 2) The HTML / CSS will be used in our web store. The web store already has extensive CSS library to support responsive layout. You will try to use the template CSS as much as possible (both for typography, layout etc). I will give you login id to the test admin panel to be able to upload the CMS pages. I will also send you the template documentation, which has many examples of the layout CSS available in the template. 3) The attached .jpg table will be modified (we'll flip the axis). I'll send you the modifications in Excel format 4) You will upload the output into the CMS. The CSS in the first step will be part of HTML, but needs to be easy to separate later on. Please READ CAREFULLY 1) Apply ONLY if you have done similar work 2) Send ONLY specific links to this project: the started .psd / .jpg / .png and the outcome in HTML or CSS. I am not interested in all the other projects you have done. 3) Bids without specific examples relevant to this project will be discarded. I have many other conversions similar to this. If you can do this project well, there will be more to follow.
