CREATE SHOPIFY POP-UP AND INTEGRATE (EMAIL MARKETING)

I need someone who can create a fully functional newsletter sign up (for subscribing through email). You can also use shopify apps to create the newsletter. Requirements: 1. A non-exitable newsletter pop-up when you access website, you must enter your email and subscribe to get access. 2. You must create a page (static page) so that a person can enter a specific url to signup for the newsletter. You need to integrate newsletter signup within page. 3. I need you to set up email automation so that as soon as the person enters their email and subscribes, an email is sent to them with a coupon code for our website. 4. You must make it so that the same person can sign up with multiple emails, or enter a new email to subscribe with (and receive the code) if they entered a wrong one the first time. 5. I need this job to be done before 2 days. Again you can use any shopify app you want. So I expect cost to be low. Please do not bid a high amount I will ignore.
