Duplicate website, Front-end designer needed, Wordpress based (repost)

We're looking for a good Front-end developer to create a website replica, 100% look and functionality. We are working on Wordpress with Avada theme. The theme is already installed, we created the menu structure, the page content structure, footer structure. Just need the front-end developer to come and implement the rest of the CSS, JS, jQuery, HTML and other codes that might be required. Knowledge of PHP is a plus This project is for the homepage only, no other pages at the moment. Based on the results you have with the homepage we will decide if we can continue to develop this project with you for the rest of the pages. You will work through FTP, access to the wp child theme, Wordpress editor rights on pages. You will also have support from one of our developers in case you need changes to plugin core files/features. Your job is only to make the homepage look and work exactly the same as the original. So it’s basically finishing touches on CSS, JavaScript and perhaps a bit of HTML. We will also need you to strip out (remove) all HTML code that’s not necessary for this page template. Budget is limited and time is critical. Looking forward to receiving your offer.
