Fix a simple WordPress site - Image uploading & content writing

I am looking for someone who will fix up this website: [login to view URL] I hired a Freelancer to do this site and was ripped off with a half completed site and launched when it was not completed. This time I must communicate with someone who has no problems with English. What I need done for this WordPress site includes: - Currently there is only 2 Carousel images, I would like 3-5 at least. - Section under the carousel images, there is too much white on either side of main text area, I would like the text to be wider. - Upload a video to fit under the carousel or beside the main text area, whatever looks better. - For the portfolio section, I will need someone to write a description about 'Block Clearing', 'Community Services', 'Tree Services' & 'Wildlife Rescue'. 8 x 50 words each. - Upload & resize images for staff members. - Where the contact form is I would like to add contact phone number & address details. I will provide most images (some may need to be stock images), a video and will help with content writing. In order to complete this job, you must know how to use WordPress & know how to resize images, if you also know basic coding that would be desirable. Please submit a proposal. Thank you.
