Graphic/Web Designer

Are you a CREATIVE GENIUS? Do you have an eye for OUTSTANDING DESIGN? Do you love DEVELOPING creative from concept to production? If so, you are the team member we are looking for! The Graphic/Web Designer will be responsible for creating all Marketing materials for the company, including e-mail blasts, websites, brochures, billboards, signage, direct mail pieces, print ads, etc. This position is all about having the right attitude, being super proactive, paying close attention to detail and thinking strategically about creative from beginning to end. The right person for this position is someone who can take the ball and run with it … someone who can expertly manage their time (there is NEVER a dull moment) … and someone who likes to do things right and get the job done! Communication skills are also critical, as the Graphic/Web Designer will be working very closely with members of the Marketing department. Patience is a virtue (if not a requirement!) for this position, as all materials will be meticulously reviewed for accuracy and aesthetics before final approval is issued. Position Requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design/Development or related field strongly preferred 2-3 years of graphic design and print production experience or equivalent education preferred Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Must have keen attention to detail, organization and time management Must be proficient in Laravel V7, MySQL, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and CSS Excellent proofreading and editing skills required Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Must be flexible and able to work well independently and in a team environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to obtain the appropriate State occupational license
