Laravel React coder with SEO experience to make modifications to our site

I cannot stress this enough. We are looking for someone who can work on their own - make suggestions - be able to test their work LOCALLY - and not constantly hammer my CTO for help. Secondly, what you bid is what we are paying. None of this nonsense about changing your hourly rate after we have discussed the project details. You bid, I pay. Simple as that. We are looking for someone who has experience with LARAVEL. My site is done in LARAVEL and we need advice on making the code better for SEO. It is as simple as that. You will look over our LARAVEL code and will advise us on the best practices to make the site better. The selected freelancer will assist us in reviewing our code via AnyDesk or TeamViewer and advise us on the best practices for SEO. Everything from Google Snippets to Google Analytics to Bing Webmaster Tools and everything in between will be expected from the freelancer. Our project is written in Laravel 5.6 and React so the freelancer must be thoroughly familiar with 5.6 and advise us accordingly. We will implement the changes based on your recommendations for best SEO and probably ask your advice on several other topics. The site is indexed and doing well, but could do significantly better with the right person overseeing our work. Automating internal linking will also be desirable for increased exposure. I will want to see certification for SEO and plenty of references before turning our project over to you. In other words, we are looking for the person who can guide us to a better website, who has references, and has taken the time to increase their knowledge through courses and testing. You should be able to look at our site and make suggestions and coding to perform tasks like these. #1 – URL Contains Keyword Include your keyword in your URL #2 – Title Tag Contains Keyword Gives Google a clear indication of what your content is about and also helps to increase relevance when users are searching for your keyword. #3 – Meta Description Contains Keyword You should include keywords in your meta descriptions. Just like with your title tags, it helps Google see what the topic of your content is. Use keywords in meta descriptions #4 – H1 Tag Contains Keyword The H1 tag is a strong signal for Google. You should take advantage of this and ensure you include your target keyword. #5 – Other Headings Contain Keyword Having your keyword present in other headings such as your H2 or H3 tags will also help. #6 – Main Body Content Contains Keyword You should mention your target keyword a couple of times in your contents main body.
