Membership site that includes the ability for members to face time and view or perform live ppv streaming video sessions

I need a site where gay men around the world can log in, create profile that offers personal ....and an..xxx rated profile (all profile questions will be forwarded to freelancer), should have the ability to a upload VIDEO profile and to have 4 public and 4 private images, ability to IM other member within site, a members video profile gallery where all members logged in with video profiles can be browsed if no video profile is uploaded yet, the members image pic will show up. Members should have the ability to opt for face-time connections from other members, and be able to face time when another has agreed. Also I would like a section where people can sign up to be come performers using live web cams sessions posted on a calendar of events, where other members can come view the sessions, tip the performer .....the performer can charge an entrance amount to his sessions that others would pay to enter his session, the pay from the performers would be split with the site..the site makes 12% of all monies earned and tipped..
