Shopify and Safari browser customers complains

I run a Shopify ecommerce store and Safari customers complaining about their shopping carts and cant proceed with their order, redirecting to error page or cart being emptied before they have completed their shopping or too much loading that takes them nowhere . Shopify has told me I need to tell all my customers to change their cookie settings asking them to allow it which is mission impossible and inconvenience for the customers
