I need you to have you make a few changes to the website. [login to view URL] All references to the "Tooele" office need to be completed removed. (Top Banner, Our Branches Banner, Contact Page, option in Request an Appointment) That office is no longer part of our company. However, we are getting ready in the near future to add several more offices. So while Tooele needs to be removed now the site needs to be ready to add new locations in the near future. Also - The request an appointment form will stop working for a time and then work again. It does this on and off. Can you look at it? -The site has been running slow can you see if anything can be done to speed it up. - The West Valley phone # is not showing up in the Main Top Banner (the one with phone #s) on my Google Chrome desktop browser - The ask a question form is not working
