Build a Camera app for windows phone Nokia Lumia 1020 -- 3

i am an individual Photographer, Graphic Designer. And have a great idea to build this app for many years. Now i have a little money to spent for this. I need to put these functions in this camera app. This camera app should be build for Nokia Lumia 1020 Windows Mobile. These functions i need to put in this app. 1- Auto HDR Mode with "how many shot options". User select the images option he wish to capture 10,20,50 or any. Camera of Lumia 1020 snap images with dark level to the bright level of photos. Then make them in a single high resolution single photo or save all photos in a folder, it should be pre selected according to the user choice. A button should be available for this option. 2- For high resolution photo I wish to put same fuction in Lumia 1020 windows app as available on iPhone 5s app named "Hydra" or as in the Oppo F1s mobile did with built in function "Ultra shot". you can see demo in youtube. 3- I wish to put an option which says how much resolution picture i wish to Capture. Then user put detail like, i wish a 300 Mega Pixel Picture to capture. Then this app calculate that how many images needed to be capture then combine for that much big resolution image. Then a confirmation window comes, which tell user that it needed 120 shots to capture, will i do for you. Then user press enter. Then camera start capturing the photos then merge them in a single picture. 4- Last function i wish to ad that Camera should capture Macro or Normal shots like Image Fovus image staking fuction. Piece by piece it takes shots by user defined Range then these pieces combined automatically in a single Large photo with high quality and super detailed one photo. User can be put value that one shot should be based on 10 photos. Then App decide that how many 10,10,10.... photo in pieces to capture to fill out the full frame then combine them and convert them into the big picture. There are alot of android or windows camera apps there, you can take help from there or ask me waht you need please. I already described all. if you need anything you can ask me please. Only four options needed to capture different patterens of photos and then combines according to the need. Hope you take this project as serious ground breaking windows phone app.
