Help me find a camera length measurement system for windows for a production line

Preferably soemthing that can use 2 ip cameras I need to find a software that can measure the length of a pice of wood on a production line the left end is a constant so the camera or cameras can be placed along the length of the measuring bord, see attached foto. The software needs to be able to add the lengths produced in a batch and print the length of each measured length on the pice of wood. You can se on the attached images the cameras in use today and the production line with the camera mesurement system we are currently using, this is 20 year old windows xp software which needs replacement and the software company that developed this went out of business so I need help finding a replacement This project is just payment for finding such software for windows, I am not currently looking for progaming new software just magic google skils or knowlenge from such projects that have resulted in finished software
