Linking word docs together

I have 4 x Word documents. Each of the 4 documents features the same fields throughout. What I would like to do is link the 4 Word docs together, so that when a field is updated on 1 of the docs ('client name') for example, then this fields will also update automatically on the other 3 docs. Please see 1 of the sample docs and a diagram explaining what I mean attached.
