Convert Theme Hack to Plugin

I have WordPress website built with Workreap Theme. I installed Woocommerce Multi Currency plugin by Villa Themes in order to support multiple currencies for different geo-locations. The base currency is USD and users are expected to transact in their home currencies. I got a developer to tweak the theme and allow the conversation to display value of already stored USD amount and receive values from users in their base currency (eg. TZS) then store it as USD equivalent. This should be the case for all user inputs (post types): 1. Proposals 2. Projects 3. Micro Services 4. Addon Services 5. Milestones 6. Freelancers 7. wt_portfolio 8. Services-orders A previously hired freelancer created a script that does exactly what I want with the exchange conversion but it does not meet all my requirements. Updating the WorkReap Theme overwrites the code file. I want to convert ths plugin. WooCommerce Multi Currency Premium allows the display of prices and accepts payments in multiple currencies.
