Customise Woocommerce Per Product Shipping Plugin

I have bought "Per Product" shipping plugin for woocommerce. The reason I need this is because all the items for sale are located in different countries and are being shipped by the artists themselves when we sell their work, and all work is also different in weights and sizes. So the artists set their own shipping fees for each of their products. The problem I have now is that the Per Product plugin expects you to put a price row for each and every country using a country code. Doing this for each and every country is going to be ridiculous. I want to be able to create custom country lists so can use a Country Group Code rather than a country code. For example, I want "EU Countries" where I can create a group of countries in the EU which I can set a price for, per product. And also "Europe - Non-EU" countries, so all the countries in Europe who are not part of the EU. So there needs to be an area where I can set up my own Zones (think you can do this anyway in Woocommerce) once, then use a Zone code under the Per Product Shipping option under each item I list. I also still want to be able to do individual countries using their country code, so it must be able to do both country codes and zone codes, per product.
