Telemedicine/Online Doctor Consult

I want a beautiful website where doctors can come and register, and pay for their subscription via PayPal. 2. An admin panel where you / administrator can log in and see the list of doctors, their subscriptions, and billings. 3. A front-end where users can log in, search for doctors based on their city/specialization etc., compare doctor profiles and fees, book an appointment (free or paid). When an appointment is confirmed, it reflects in the doctor's calendar as booked.4. 30 minutes before the appointment is due, a reminder is sent to both the doctor and the user for the appointment. 5. When the user OR doctor logins at the appointment time, they are able to conduct a face-to-face video chat. The user is able to upload documents that the doctor can download. The video cannot be recorded and shows the doctor's logo/branding in the background (if uploaded in profile). No other participant is able to enter the chat without the doctor explicitly allowing to do so - a door-knocking sound comes when anybody else tries to connect to the doctor at the same time. The video conferencing allows multiple people to be logged on simultaneously as well.6. A few minutes before the appointment is about to be over, a notification is shown on the page. 7. The doctor can choose to disconnect the video call or let it continue when the appointment time is finished. Please note that the video conferencing feature would be available both via desktops and via mobile phones. The resolution of the call would be dependent upon the bandwidth available at both the user and the doctor. The next time the user takes another appointment with the same doctor, the old documents are again visible to the doctor, and the user can upload more documents as well. If the user takes an appointment with a new doctor, the documents are not visible and will need to be uploaded again. Documents cannot be emailed/shared before the appointment with the doctor.
