Wordpress Theme Implementation - TagDiv Newspaper

We are doing a design refresh on a popular business news website using the TagDiv Newspaper Theme [login to view URL] NOTE: Do not bid unless you have personally implemented this theme and can provide an example Autobids will be deleted Our focus is a beautiful image-rich design with high performance. We have a preferred theme design, we need someone to implement this with our advertising and various plugins and configurations. There is a staging site ready to go with a full copy of the main site and Github integration. Ideally, you have experience in publishing and implementing banner and native advertising and performance tuning. Our goal is to get this site to >90% on all of the Google Lighthouse measures. This is a condition of us working together, if you are not sure what needs to be done to do this or you cannot commit to reaching this level then please dont bid. Please provide 1 example of a news site that you have either worked on or implemented. The site is sitting on AWS with load balancers, CDN and RDS/MariaDB backend.
