Wordpress Website with customised functions.

I have 2 wordpress sites. It is a cafe that needs to interlink its e-commerce on both sites to a membership system. So the same membership user account can use on both sites. It will have the following 10 additional new functions needed; some are simple: (You may take opensource plugins) 1)Install Widgets put in a sidebar on front page: -Weather forecasts, -News from Singapore (yahoo or anything), 2) Event planning function. Create, signingup, showcase and archives of outings. 3)Live polling functions. 4) Chart bot functions for FAQs. 5) Office booking (I found a good plugin can share with you see if it's ok to use) 6) Membership module- Tiers of membership spending: (Note: Every 1 points = $1 Can redeem ecommerce items.) Every $10 spent user will get 1 point. Let users purchase from 5 types of membership: i) $100 - Standard membership with 110 member points ii) $500 - Bronze membership with 550 member points iii) $1000 - Silver membership with 1150 member points iv) $3000- Gold Membership with 3450 member points v) Subscription $300 Monthly for 12 months - This will be a subscription module auto paid monthly. Stripe or paypal function whichever is easier? 7) Hall of fame module: (install a module where Users can Submit a form to tell what they are good [login to view URL] need to log in by their social media accounts. And upload video/ image proofs of what they accomplished. When admin approve the user’s submission, the website will show that user’s submission of what he is good at) After that there will be a button to “Challenge” where a new user can submit an image/video proof that they are better than this qualified user) 8) MERCHANDISE There will be a few products for sale. But need these 2 main functions: i) Admin will manually input some listings. ii) Create an A.i. function something like [login to view URL] ? Main objective: user can upload their own design to blend into the product listing. Example: User can upload their face into a CUP or BAG the website is selling. The A.i must be able to let user edit their images like crop away background , add stickers, colours etc multi-functions. e.g: 9) EVENTS (Install event module for ADMIN to create events. Here users can register for each event just by logging in their social media accounts Facebook and instagram mainly. The website will show that user attending.) Let admin choose the users to attend if possible as some events are limited to a number of people. EVENTS - CHALLENGES (Admin will create challenges. Each challenge will limit to a number of users. User will be registering. Admin will CHOOSE from the registered users, then approve it, user’s profiles will be shown on the website) EVENTS - MEET UP Same as event function but USERS can create the event instead. The event must be approved by admin before publishing it live and letting other users register it. 10) [Reporting] Advanced reporting of ALL the above. Membership, purchases, events, bookings etc. Track all activities and backend management for all data. [Retargeting CRM] Allows admin to collect users email for sending future promotional materials Basically it is like a function in Opencart where EDM can be sent on the spot. Can also include this function which OpenCart has: Where admin can Create Invoice to send users invoices automatically to users' email, including confirmation /pending/reminders of payment(s). Can also be used for For e-commerce, membership renewal reminders and table bookings.
