Wordpress websites

Hi I am looking for someone to design and make me up to 20 small sites with a theme based around uk hotels and travel. The sites will need to be tagged and optimised nicely and then ranked nicely achieving streams of income of at least 5 dollars a month each. There will be a small budget for making the sites and main payment on completion of the search engine work and proven adsense revenue. This is an ongoing project and you may wish to submit the idea of more sites to me. I would be willing to take up to 100 small site propositions if you felt there was an easier return for both parties. Content will be helped with as required and when your submitting articles I have a full time writer who I will be prepared to lend in article writing for 2 hours per day. You should not rely on solely my work for optimising. I will be monitoring all activity during seo and any tricks will result in the project being stripped from you with no further payment beyond the construction of the site phase. There will be adsense revenue share which can be discussed and negotiated in personal messages as this is not entirely the point of the exercise for me.
