Help with Xsplit or Streamlabs Advanced Setup

I am currently in the process of setting up a stream for a website of mine & I have the following hardware. 1. Logitech Brio 4K cam 2. Logitech C922 Pro cam 3. Node NT Usb Mic I have a dedicated laptop for this setup & im looking to stream to both Facebook Live & YouTube regularly. I’m looking for help to setup the stream correctly within either XSplit or Streamlabs. I want to be able to stream the video from 1. As the main video source and 2. Showing as an In/picture video as this will highlight / zoom a specific area plus show / stream comments from a specific post on Facebook. I would also like a countdown or place holder for before the live stream to show. I can provide examples if required, however I am looking for someone who understands what I want and most experts should get the gist of this from what has already been provided. Please do not post a generic comment, I would like to know what streaming software you would recommend, what you have done streaming wise before and what hardware you have used.
