zend framework customer complaint website modification

I have a website, created in zend framework. but it is not yet finished. it is ready for 90% I am looking for someone to finish the website for me. Bug solving, and after that modifying you need to be good in english and in software testing. in the system you can register yourself as a clientuser. the system creates a domain for you.
