knowledge management consulting in consumer healthcare

We are looking for a consultant to mentor us in implementing the right system for consumer healthcare using opensource technologies. We need an open source solution and the project will be a pilot for small number of users. So the total cost of the solution has to be low . The consultant should know about components , plugins, algorithms and technologies that can give us a head start. Bid only if you have the experience in implementing practical knowledge management (not document management, e-learning or content management) which involves codification and searching of knowledge and experience using the right systems. We expect 30-40 hours a month of involvement. To bid for the project, share relevant projects as reference and the list of open source km technologies that you have experience with.
