Need a virtual assistant with skills of Article Writing and Link Building

I need an individual person to look work with me. Obviously he/she will need to have experience about Link Building and he/she will need to write 700 words contents as well. I will guide him/her and also it's an opportunity for someone for long term work. He/she will need to be on Skype when he/she will be working for me and must need to communicate on Skype call cause I don't have time for type or chat. Article needs to pass Copyescape Premium and they needs to be 100% unique and informative and I will have other things for him/her. Whoever is going to apply please keep in mind it will be a full time job and I will be paying monthly and we will discuss about monthly payment in private. I won't create any up front payment or milestone at the end of each month he/she will need to send me an invoice (Exact Amount on what we will agree) what will be paid end of each month.
