Hand-drawn D&D City Map Creation

I'm in search of a skilled artist with a flair for hand-drawn maps, to create an intricate and detailed city map for a fantasy Dungeons and Dragons campaign with some modernized elements. This won't be an average map - I'm looking for someone who can bring the city to life with many diverse points of interest! Let's delve into the details: Notably for my next D&D campaign, I am looking to run a homebrew campaign that will take place primarily in a singular city for the next year or more and as this would take a long time to make effectively for myself, I would like to commission it instead. Artistic Style I'm looking for an angled view of my city, notably it will have several modern aspects to it (high rises and factory type buildings) that I would like to have detailed more than you would be able to get from simply making it with an online map maker, notably I would like at least 12 locations detailed effectively in this matter. Notably, if the artist is willing I would like more of the locations at a greater price, I am more than willing to discuss this as there are approximately 60 locations in my city that I've given some personality that I would like to shine on the map. What the Project would entail: - The city I have in mind contains 7 districts each with unique personalities and about 8-10 notable locations within each (depending on the discretion of the artist I only really need 1-2 of these fully illustrated) - In addition there are four major areas outside of the city that I would also like illustrated to a lesser degree alongside some smaller cities in the countryside - Main districts include the following: - Fae-inspired high-rises, elite part of city with airships - Modernized high-rise residential district notably with a major hospital in the center - Lower-class residential district, with kind of middle-eastern architecture - Industrial factory area, nature inspired - Portside District, fairly standard as far as most fantasy ports go - Commerical District, shops for all kinds of general needs to be done here, standard fantasy - External Affairs and Guilds District, holds the city-state's guild halls and foreign market alongside a couple other notable buildings I have a really shitty drawing attached to kind of detail what I kind of expect it to look like when it all comes together. (Currently this is a placeholder, that my party finds charming however I would still prefer something nicer)[My party bullies me actually ;-;] My more detailed notes will be provided upon further inquiry.
