We are a unique talent startup that helps people upgrade and accelerate their career trajectory. Hollywood entertainers and athletes have agents -- why shouldn’t everyone else? We currently serve clients who work in the technology industry. We’ve raised $5.35m from amazing investors, including Resolute Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Ludlow Ventures, and more. We represent knowledge workers in their careers, similar to agents or brokers in other industries. Some of what we provide is digital, such as tools to track skills, interesting jobs, and career progress. Most of what we provide is concierge service, in the form of Talent Agents who pair with our clients on a one-to-one basis. We're looking for virtual enablers to provide these job seekers and our Talent Agents with daily support activity in different capacities. We think of this role as a project manager for a job search. Your daily responsibilities will include: -Support Clients and the Talent Agent. Work closely with a Talent Agent on a portfolio of accounts with a strong focus on improving client satisfaction and providing account activity insight to the Talent Agent -Inbox Monitoring and Interview Scheduling. Interacting with clients, fielding responses from employers, and tracking the candidate’s progress in each relationship -Job Applications. Submitting completed applications on behalf of candidates -Account Activity Monitoring and Task Management. Keeping the job seekers + coaches organized by providing ad hoc task support All roles require: - Flawless attention to detail, as our candidates have high expectations that we're on top of everything and won't make mistakes - Ability to crunch tasks quickly, as you'll have a lot to do and shouldn't spend too much time on any particular task You might be good for one or more of these roles if other job titles you're looking at include: - Project Manager - Sales Development Representative - Executive/Administrative Assistant - Customer Service Representative Things you may want to know: - It's important that you're a digital native and can use tools like Slack, CRMs, multiple email inboxes, and are generally capable of learning new tools on the fly. - Most of your interactions will take place over email, Slack, Google Hangouts, and over the phone. Internally, we expect you to mostly collaborate with: - The Talent Enablement Coordinator - The Chief of Staff - Talent Agents - Our Candidates/Clients
