Customer service in POLISH - 1 hour / day work

I am in need of a freelancer to provide phone support for my customer service needs in POLISH. Skills and Experience: - General customer service skills are sufficient, industry-specific knowledge is not required. - The freelancer should be fluent in POLISH and have excellent communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service is desired. - The freelancer should be able to handle phone inquiries and incoming e-mails and provide assistance to customers. - The expected workload is less than 10 hours per week, cca 1 hour / day, every working day is needed. Important: You'll have to check the emails and missed calls from the previous 24 hours once a day, in the early afternoon. If there are no unanswered e-mails or calls, no task to do = nothing to bill that day. If there are some missed calls, you have to call them back - I provide dialer. If there are some unanswered e-mailes, you have to answer them.
