Task is to collect information about all companies registered in Estonia. This is needed for e-mail and phone marketing purposes Companies: 1. Registered in Estonia 2. Companies legal forms: 2.1. AS or Aktsiaselts 2.2. OÜ or Osaühing (like LTD in UK) 3. Other legal forms not needed. 4. Not active companies are not needed Company name contains legal form as well. Example: "Antista AS", "Ingenium Baltic OÜ" From: 1. Estonian Business Register [login to view URL] 2. Inforegister (private company and web-site) [login to view URL] - type AS here, and all companies with AS in name will be shown, same for other versions 2nd option is better, since it contains more info, but could be outdated Information to be collected (in case if from Inforegister): 1. Name 2. Reg code 3. Year established 4. Number of employees (from) - (until) 5. Date of first entry 6. Basic capital 7. Representatives 8. Legal address 9. Phone (s) 10. Webpage 11. E-mail (s) 12. Sector and Field of activity 13. Turnover (last reported) 14. Balance (last reported)
