Simple yet attractive quiz game

Hi there, I am working for a new company in London and we're looking to promote the company with a simple quiz game. Preferably in HTML5 but not necessarily this would be a very simplistic quiz game with an email capture form and attractive graphics. As an inspiration please look to [login to view URL] as an idea of what we are looking for. We would be able to provide logo's and some placeholder graphics but a large amount of the graphic design would be down to you. It is supposed to be a playful game, have fun with it! Pay would be based on the nature of the completed product, but there is a good budget for marketing. Thanks for any help, Glyn
