spot the ball

I'm wanting to do a very simple spot the ball competion. This will need to be down to a single pixel level as there may be upwards of 10,000 entries for each picture, thus I will need an invisible grid over any picture I use. Picture has to be easily changed at the end of each competition and object removed from view. This is not for web use only stand alone computer. It needs to be as simple and easy as possible. It is going to be run by completly non-technical people. All the entries have to be stored on the computer and I have to capture personal information from the people who are entering the competition (name, address, e-mail, phone number and co-ordinates chosen) I will also need to be able to print this information onto a pre designed template ticket with auto date function, an incremental ticket number for each individual ticket, competition reference and location. I will need to be able to easily recognise all correct entries, if there is more than one ticket with the winning co-ordinates I need the software to be able to randomly choose a winning name from the correct entries. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Very simple stand alone Pc's running Vista. Not to be run on web only on individual computer/computers.
