Build an online business with me

I am looking for a partner for an online business. YOU will be paid for the initial setup. in return, we will split profits evenly for 6 months. After 6 months, we may renew our agreement or buy each other out. I don't care what the business is. All I require is that it is legal in the US, and can be setup for the initial amount listed in the project. YOU must show me your business plan, including expected returns. I will only consider plans that have a PROVEN record of success. I will release 50% of my investment to you at start. If we achieve a profit after 3 months, I will release the remaining. Otherwise, the job will be cancelled and we go our separate ways. IMPORTANT. If the job is cancelled, I will retain IP rights to whatever we build. Chat with me where needed to clarify.
