434739 Site migration

I need site have built using java migrated to joomla. You will move content to the new site. I'm willing to pay $150-250 for this work. It must be done in 21 days or less. You need to move over current registered users to the new database. It needs native discussion forum integration. 1 Scope of Work A. Current features as listed below continued to be supported using joomla. 1. User registration and user profile management i. User roles – administrator, content owner, content contributor and student ii. Only administrator can edit user records. iii. Content owner can edit content contributors records iv. Content owner can edit content contributed by any of it's contributor v. Content owner can initiate new content. At page level vi. One page can have one (or more ?) content owner vii. Content contributor can edit only the content (s)he has contributed viii. All registered users of the sites other than admin, content owner or contributor are Student ix. All User account activations by an email x. Forgot Password – ability to restore/reset password . 2. User preferences i. Disable/Enable dashes in Mar(remove_this)athi words ii. Theme selection iii. Pronunciation Key selection 3. Google Ad Banners 4. Discussion Forum 5. Special Mar(remove_this)athi sounds that have unique pronunciation in a Ma(remove_this)rathi word or a phrase to be accentuated – either by a different color or some other scheme. 6. Only registered, authenticated users can post the responses or start a new thread 7. Only registered and authenticated users to see the link for audio clips. Non-authenticated users must not see any links to any audio clips. 8. Mara(remove_this)thi phrases and words will display the word/phrase in Devanagari script right next to it. 9. Only registered and authenticated users to see the Dev(remove_this)anagari script for Mara(remove_this)thi words and phrases. Non-authenticated users must not see any Devan(remove_this)agari script for Mar(remove_this)athi words. 10. Search of the entire site's contents 11. All of the current user database to be seamlessly moved/migrated to new system. 12. All of the current forum user database to be seamlessly moved/migrated. 13. Seamless integration between [login to view URL] and forum application. The look and feel should not change. If user has already logged into [login to view URL] then he/she should not be asked to authenticate for forum – Single Sign On. B. Following new functionality and features to be implemented. a. Themes – at least 5 themes for the entire site. b. Ability to easily switch between any of the these themes c. Discussion forum – even non-authenticated, non-registered users should be able to read through any of the active thread but not able to post response or start a new thread. d. Current content (every single page on the [login to view URL]) is stored in a XML file. Same. I am okay if we stop using the XML file to store content – however this will be your input to build the content first time. e. Shopping Cart to sell merchandize. With Google Checkout/Paypal enabled payment gateway. f. Currently the site teaches you Mara(remove_this)thi through English. The sites content (English) should be arranged such that I could easily replace any English text that appears on site with other language (like German or French) so that any French or German speaker can learn Mara(remove_this)thi language using German or French. The person chosen for this project will need to give me daily updates.
