Zendesk ticket > D365 record
- As a user when I create/update a ticket in Zendesk I want a corresponding record created/updated in D365
D365 record created
-As a user I want Zendesk activities to appear in the D365 user timeline
- system matched to contact based on email address
- Zendesk customer ID captured
D365 appt > Zendesk appt
- As a user when I create/update an appointment in D365 CS I want a corresponding record created/updated in Zendesk
- Appointment created in D365 for contact with Zendesk ID
- Appt sync'd to Zendesk attached to customer
CRUD on appointments are made in D365 only.
CRUD on tickets are made in Zendesk only.
I will supply the trial Zendesk & D365 env's to which the solution must be deployed
I am happy for this POC functionalitly to be delivered via an agreed middleware.
The code source must be available for review.
