Simple Game and Faceboo Integration

we are looking to find a vendor that can help us build a game (we think based on flash) that will be the core functionality on our website and also have this game become a facebook application that people can use within their facebook accounts and share with friends. The game is somewhat of a lottery where someone starts a new lottery and their friends place bets on different values... after a period of time the game administrator will end the game and share the result - the contestant with the matching value (or closest to it) will win... we have the design ready and we have all the features we want in the game and on our website.
