Custom Wordpress theme

I need a wordpress theme build that is like [login to view URL] I want the same functionality and feel as the example site, [login to view URL], with the exception that the commenting system should use the WordPress system, but include Captcha to prevent spamming. The theme should not break or remove any internal wordpress coding,and should allow full administration and editing, adding/removing plugins, etc just like wordpress. The theme should also include all plugins used by the [login to view URL] site, including advertising, and the administration of adding/removing ads, text links, banners, and any other ads media. The coder will perform testing on his own platform, and will transfer the theme and all other software/plugins to my site, once testing has been concluded and i have accepted the project. The coder will also supply written documents and instructions on any administration/managment tasks that are not already part of the normal administration and management of wordpress, and instructions for administration and managment of the advertising tools and functions of the wordpress theme. ## Deliverables The site must function exactly like [login to view URL], end user (front end), and including administration and management of all features and elements of the site just like a standard wordpress admin dashboard.
